Total time: 5 – 10 minutes
- 1x Ripe peach (pitted and roughly sliced)
- 1/2 Mango (cubed)
- 1/2 Frozen banana
- 175ml Soya milk (or almond if you prefer)
- 1 Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Vanilla yoghurt
- A small handful of oats (a breakfast addition)
- Honey (to add sweetness, quantity as per personal preference
Sneaky tip: If you only have fresh banana, add 4-5 cubes of ice instead.
Place all the ingredients into your blender, press the start button, and whizz all the ingredients around until it reaches your preferred smoothness!
(Add more milk if too thick, or add more yoghurt if too thin)
